What we need for your booking
To ensure we provide the best possible service, please provide the following details when booking your appointment:
- Your car's make and model.
- Your preferred date and time for the service.
- A brief description of the current condition of the car.
- If you require our mobile service, please confirm if you have an outside tap and a power socket available.
- Any specific requests you may have.
For safety and liability reasons, please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the car upon our arrival, and no child seats are left inside.
Important information before you book
Please take note of our booking policies:
- Confirmation: Once booked, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
- Cancellation rules: As a mobile service, our work is weather dependent. If extreme rain or wind makes it unsafe or impossible to achieve a professional finish, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost to you.
- Cancellation notice: We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
- Cancellation fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £20 fee.
